Match Simulator ("the Service") is a web application operated by revilodesign (Oliver Götze, info@revilodesign.de) that generates automated football match simulations and publishes content to social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

2. Use of the Service

The Service is operated solely by its owner for the purpose of creating and distributing football simulation content. No user registration, accounts, or public submissions are available. Access to the administration interface is restricted to the operator.

3. Social Media Integration

The Service integrates with the following platforms to publish generated content:

  • TikTok — via TikTok Content Posting API
  • Facebook — via Meta Graph API (Reels, Stories)
  • Instagram — via Meta Graph API (Reels, Stories)
  • YouTube — via YouTube Data API v3

Content published through these platforms is subject to each platform's respective Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The operator is responsible for ensuring all published content complies with applicable platform policies.

4. Content

All match simulations, scores, and statistics generated by this Service are fictional and for entertainment purposes only. They do not represent real match results or official data from any football association or league.

5. Intellectual Property

All generated videos, images, and content produced by the Service are the property of revilodesign. Team names and competition names referenced are used for informational and entertainment purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of simulated results, or uninterrupted access to social media posting functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

The operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or its published content.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued operation of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
