2. Overview
Match Simulator is an automated content creation tool. It does not offer public user accounts, comment sections, or any form of user-generated content. No personal data from visitors is collected, sold, or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Data We Collect
Server Logs
Standard web server access logs are automatically generated when you visit this site. These may include your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and the date/time of your visit. Logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and used solely for security and diagnostic purposes.
No Cookies or Tracking
This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any form of persistent browser storage for visitor tracking.
4. Social Media APIs
The Service uses the following APIs to publish automated content. No visitor data is transmitted to these platforms:
TikTok
We use the TikTok Content Posting API to upload video content. API credentials are stored securely on the server. Our use of TikTok's API is governed by the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok API Terms of Service.
Facebook & Instagram (Meta)
We use the Meta Graph API to post Reels and Stories to Facebook and Instagram pages/accounts owned and operated by revilodesign. Our use is governed by the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Privacy Policy.
YouTube
We use the YouTube Data API v3 to upload video content to a YouTube channel owned by revilodesign. Our use is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the application's access to your data via the Google security settings.
5. Data Storage
Match data (team names, simulated scores, competition names) is stored in a local database on the server. This data is operational data for the Service and contains no personal information about visitors or third parties.
API access tokens for social media platforms are stored encrypted on the server and are used exclusively for automated content publishing.
6. Data Transfers
Generated video content is transmitted to TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google (YouTube) servers as part of the publishing workflow. These transfers are necessary for the operation of the Service and are governed by each platform's privacy policies.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
- Right of access to your personal data
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing
